Xbox Live IS NOT having any problems with the online portion of GTA IV. It is, however, having freezing issues just like the PS3 version.

What the article is saying is that the exclusive episodes will be equal in size and scope to San Andreas/Vice City, not that you will get those two games as DLC for the 360 version. Go back to school and study English comprehension please.

WRONG. Only time this has happened recently (excluding Oblivion) was with Burnout Paradise, which you really had to drive to some specific places to get some kind of slowdown on the 360 version.
Other than that, the reason you state has always been the reason to get multiplats on the 360.

That will change after this next GTA, especially with MS airing commercials noting the "exclusive content only on 360", which will show the game only with the 360 logo. Also, MS will very likely drop the 360's price before its release, giving the newcomers the option to buy a cheaper system with the most complete version of the game.

I am a 360 fan and owner of all platforms, and after the first comparison shots came through that showed the 360 version looking much sharper and detailed I thought this was another example of a multiplat where the 360 version was superior.
But when I downloaded both demos, I kept going back and forth between them and couldn't distinguish a frickin hair of difference between the two.
PS3 fans: Of course you will get DLC, I don't see why not. However, don't expect that DLC to be the exclusive episodes of the 360.

Gears of War 2 hasn't even been confirmed for the 360 yet... and you are already taking about a third game that should'nt even be in the concept phase.
I remember then mentioning early that the 360 issue (lack of standard HDD) wasn't a big deal anymore, but they kept their mouth shut on the PS3 issues. I guess the PS3 was giving them a significant degree of trouble.

XBL is fine and has been up and running for a long time now. I play COD 4 everyday, no problems. Of course, you don't know this since you don't have Live.

It is available because stores get much more copies of 360 games than PS3 games.
Example: a store gets 10 Xbox copies and 2 PS3 copies. Xbox sells 6 copies, and has 4 available. PS3 sells 2 copies, and it is sold out. OMG PS3 GTA is TEH solD OuT!!
